Mindful Monday Yoga – A Gentle Yoga Class for All!

Start your Mondays off right with a relaxing and revitalizing yoga class led by Shir Ami's very own

Offered monthly on select Mondays at Shir Ami as part of our Center for Adult Life.
This one-hour yoga session is open to all levels and will focus on balance, breathing, and accessible poses for every body.
Come breathe, stretch, and strengthen in community - one mindful Monday at a time!

About the Instructor:

Shelley has been teaching many diverse styles of Yoga and Fitness for over 40 years. Shelley is certified by Yoga Alliance and the American Council of Exercise with additional certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Senior Yoga, Balance Training, and Mat Pilates. Her approach to health and wellness is to have fun but pay attention to detail and alignment, no matter what your fitness level is, since all movement can be modified and personalized.

Details:

No prior yoga experience required!
Participants must be able to get down and up from the floor, or feel comfortable modifying poses using a chair.
- A chair will be provided for anyone who prefers and/or needs to modify their pose(s).

Required Equipment:

Personal yoga mat: we request you bring your own mat.*
Beach towel
Yoga strap OR bathrobe sash/belt
Optional Equipment: Yoga blocks (chair for support can be provided as an alternative). Yoga blocks with a belt can be purchased here: Soft Non-Slip Yoga Blocks

*Yoga mats are available at many local Five-Below stores and also on Amazon!

4-Class Package: $45

Option 2: Unaffiliated (not a member of a synagogue)

$18 per class
4-class package: $65

**Single Session Drop in Rate**

$18 per class
This applies to anyone who attends a session as a drop-in (office use only).

The Shir Ami Center for Adult Life offers programs open to all adults, with a focus on adding value to those who belong to a synagogue in Bucks County. Individuals affiliated with any Bucks County synagogue are eligible for reduced or free pricing, depending on the program.
