SHIR AMI EVENT SUBMISSION FORM
Please use this form to submit an event request. The form must be completed in advance so we can effectively plan and review our calendar.
Event Submission Directions
1. Please answer the questions below to provide an overview of the event, including the date, time, location, fees, and activities. This information will help us to verify availability on our calendar before we approve the date and program.
2. After submitting the form, our Program Coordinator will contact you to review the date, details, and prepare an event budget overview. This budget is for internal tracking and documentation, and will allow us to streamline key planning needs prior to seeking approval from Shir Ami's Executive Director.
3. Once approved, you will be asked to complete the
Marketing Submission Form to ensure effective promotion of your program. Do not complete this form until all details are FINALIZED and approved. We will notify you each step of the way through the submission and approval process.
Please allow 7-10 days for the Shir Ami office to review your event information and approve your date. We will then direct you through the marketing submission process.

For Reference: Marketing Submission Timeline
Tent Pole Events: 5-8 months prior to event
Regular Events: 10-12 weeks prior to the event
Monthly/Repeating Events: 8 weeks prior to the first event
