Marketing Submission Form

PRIOR TO COMPLETING THIS FORM, YOUR EVENT MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR PROGRAM COORDINATOR AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR . ALL DETAILS MUST BE IRONED OUT AND FINALIZED BEFORE FILLING OUT. 

Please use this form to submit your marketing & communication information to Shir Ami.  The information you provide will be used to create a promotional piece for your upcoming event. 

This form must be submitted in advance so we can do our best to effectively promote your event.

Tent Pole Events:  5-8 months prior to event 
Regular Events:  10-12 weeks prior to event
Monthly/Repeating Events: 8 weeks prior to first event


Please note that all submissions must be reviewed and approved by our Communications Director.  If we are unable to publish, we will notify you by email. 

We request that only 1 (one) person from your committee/group be the point person for this process.

MARKETING SCHEDULE GUIDELINES
  • Flyers will ONLY be made/printed if you plan on physically handing them out.  We ask that they NOT be left around the building. This must be approved by our Executive Director
